We have a tie up with a large network of the leading courier services nationwide to make sure your outfit of choice reaches you as soon as possible!
- As we are MADE ON ORDER brand alol orders are shipped within 7-12 business days depends on designs. Rest courier takes almost 5-7 days to deliver totalling 12-19 days to deliver an order at your doorstep from the date of placing an order.
- Please ensure while placing order every order is non refundable, also check all shipping and return/exchange policy before placing order. No refunds will be given after placing order. Check all policies before placing order from website or from our WhatsApp Team on+91-8283098085.
- Outside India courier charges will vary accordingly.
- If you want orders before standard delivery time WhatsApp us on +91-8283098085, all urgent orders will be taken there only.
- In seasonal days, we may take more days to deliver because we also assure that we should maintain our quality even we got bulk orders, so please cooperate with team.
- Urgent orders are only taken through WhatsApp and extra charges will be taken for urgent order deliveries as super express shipping charges are costlier than normal ones. Urgent orders are only taken on prepaid payments only. COD is not given in urgent order because logistics takes much time to deliver COD orders.
- In urgent orders please tell us date 1-2 days before you want the dress coz sometimes courier logistics can also have some delay or issue in super express delivery. We are not responsible if courier takes 1-2 days more in delivery coz there are 5-10% chances sometimes courier can be delayed due to any reason, we are not responsible for that.
- No discounts are valid on urgent or customise orders.
- No website order is taken as urgent order or customised order, they are delivered in normal time, urgent and customised orders are only placed on our WhatsApp number +91-8283098085.
- Shipping charges are not refundable/adjustable in any case of exchange /return/credit note/alterations. You have to bear shipping charges for exchange.
