REFUND POLICY
We have a strict no refund policy. Exchange is accepted incase of receipt of damaged or defective goods or you can exchange the outfit with our another outfit of our brand or you have any size issues that can be also exchanged but courier charges of exchange will be paid by customer as we don’t provide pickup service. The same needs to be informed to us on our WhatsApp number within 24 hours of receipt of courier. You have to ship the outfit back to us from your side within 1-2 days of delivery, and send transit slip on our WhatsApp number. If there will be delay in shipping the outfit exchange will not be processed. So please cooperate by shipping exchange outfit within a day or two max. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In Partial COD order if you want to cancel your order it be cancelled but your partial payment will not be refunded, and urgent orders are only taken on WhatsApp no website order is taken as urgent order. We want valid reason for exchange of any outfit, if you say any quality issue then please read fabric details earlier before ordering or you can contact us on WhatsApp or do video call for better convo, we cannot give you some other quality you want in any dress, we are making our silhouettes and only we can decide which outfit will be made in which fabric. So don’t ask for exchange in case you didn’t like fabric because all fabric details are given below each outfit. And please order after proper confirmation that silhouettes will be the same you are watching in images, you cannot say didn’t like the styles or silhouettes after ordering them, do confirm your choices earlier before placing order. Not liking silhouettes or fabric are not valid reasons for exchange and do read shipping policy and delivery time before ordering any outfit from website, if you want them before time WhatsApp us will see if it is possible to deliver or not so that we can tell you earlier that you should place order or not. Your careless behaviour of not reading fabric detail, not liking silhouette style or delivery time will not work for valid reason, so please place order after reading all details or you can ask us any questions/query on our WhatsApp before placing order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Our items are Made to Order which can be only exchanged with any of our other outfits. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders can avail size exchange with an additional courier charge as per actual. If any product is being made as a special order for example size customisation, length alterations or any other changes, the order isn’t eligible for size exchange. - Exchnge pieces will not be switched with special discounts for example birthday sale, valentine sale, Diwali sale etc
Can only be exchnged on MRP or basic discounts. - If Ordering more than 2 outfits, you can only do size exchange of each outfit otherwise you can only do style exchange for 1-2 outfits maximum, please make sure what you are ordering and take proper time to think whether it will suit you or not coz if you order 4-5 pieces and you say I want to exchange all of them, it’s not possible because we are made on order brand, it’s not Myntra T-shirt or jeans that your piece is in warehouse and you can do easy exchange, it’s made on order designer outfits so please think before ordering an outfit and silhouette, each outfit is made after your order is placed, so please take time and place order.
- Quality is always checked by us and we know which quality will suits which silhouette, so please read fabric details before ordering and outfit, please ask us any fabric detail you want to know of any outfit before ordering, because afterwards, if you didn’t like fabric we are not responsible for that as we have mentioned fabric details under each outfit. If you are ordering velvet cape in summers please think before ordering, you cannot say that’s it of no use or I cannot wear it in summers, please read all fabric details and policies before ordering. No fabric quality excuses will be accepted for style exchange.
CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
What is the Exchange policy on SAVI K ?
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the SAVI K pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size or can be exchanged with any other outfit of our brand (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Difference amount between exchange of outfits will be given as gift card to customers. Brand doesn’t offer pick up service, clients will have to send it back to the customer address.
We do issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.
If you think any outfit doesn’t suits you and you want to exchange it with any other design or you have any size issues, you may WhatsApp on our customer care number at ‘+91-8283098085' within 48 hours strictly of delivery to request exchange.
Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. SAVI K will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
In case you want to change design you can change that or you have size issues you can change that too.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received
by SAVI K will be treated as not returned.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to SAVI K on the following address:

- Purchase made During SALE are Not eligible for any kind of Return or outfit exchange, only size exchange can be done.
- For exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size).
Outfit exchange is available (in case you think outfit doesn’t suits on you, customer is eligible for exchange of any of other outfits of our brand for exchange once only). But customised order will not be exchanged, any length extensions, custom sizes or colour customisations order will not be exchanged, only we can do alterations if any fit issue is there, but that also will be done with extra charges.
Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 1 year from the date of receipt of store credit.
The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. But GST (18%) and Gateway charges (2%) will not be refunded. Please WhatsApp us on +91-8283098085 to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. Your Partial COD order can be cancelled but your partial payment is not refundable. Please read all policies before placing order.
We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
Cancellations of Partial COD orders has to be done strictly within 48 hrs of an order being placed. But partial amount will not be refunded. Please reach out to us at whatsapp at +91-8283098085 with your order number.
In prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SAVI K and accept
SAVI K’s decision regarding the cancellation.
How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use on the SAVI K website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 2 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.
Exchange of outfit can be done with any of our other outfits.
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange of outfit is acceptable if you think outfit doesn’t suits you but inform us within 24 hours about outfit exchange.
- 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable.
- No exchange or return for Accessories.
